Don't worry so much about your pace. Speed comes naturally with practice, so don't worry so much about how fast you do something. Just make something when you want to, and share it when you're ready. Putting pressure on yourself to perform often takes more away from the experience than it gives.
It's cliche, but the cliche exists for a reason:
Slow and steady wins the race. I think you've got what it takes to take a win. Keep at it, and don't worry about how often you share your work.
